Ragil Ratnam is a certified Clinical Psychologist, Executive Coach and Leadership advisor who has worked on four continents. Prior to founding Pure Growth Asia in 2011, Ragil led Talent Management for Old Mutual Plc, a global fortune 500 company based in London.
With over 25 years of both academic and corporate experience in a variety of organisational and cultural contexts in several countries, including South Africa, Singapore and the USA, he now works with leaders at the most senior levels of organisations to build capacity for both personal change and organisational adaptability. Ragil has worked with a range of corporate clients, such as JP Morgan Chase, Petronas, Unilever, American Express, Credit Suisse Investment Bank and public organizations including UNICEF, the World Bank Group and the Bangkok Metropolitan Authority.
His current focus is helping leaders engage with Digital Transformation using a human approach based on empathy and sensemaking.

Before becoming a CEO/Executive Coach, Tony A. Rattarangsi was a CEO of LCC Group, UK operating in 9 different countries in Europe and North America with more than 400 staff from more than 20 nationalities. He was also a Board Member of Transbox Ltd., UK and Mount View Ltd., HK.
Tony finished his Bachelor/Master Degree and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison, one of the top-ten universities in the US.
After returning to his native country, Thailand, he served in the Royal Thai Navy and quickly moved into management positions being one of the youngest to be promoted to Captain in Director Positions. One of his directorships (a Dean) was at Naval Academy where he earned Associate Professor academic title. Later on, he toured with the Royal Thai Embassy in Defense Diplomatic Mission. His last post was in London. He was also appointed by the Thai Government to join the Board of Directors of TMN, a state Enterprise under Thai Ministry of Transportation and Communication.
Even though Tony has strong interests in Management Philosophy, Leadership and Strategic Management all through his career, he considers himself pragmatic not academic.
With more than 25 years experience in Human Resources Management and Development, Anoma has worked with corporates of all sizes in various industries, both local and international in developing their HR systems from starting up to being strategic business partner. She is recognized as one of the top HR executives in Thailand and has only recently decided to step also into the challenging area of consultation and coaching. Graduated from the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University and obtaining an MBA from the U.S., Anoma started her career working in one of the Country’s Top Ten Civil/Electrical and Airport Engineering firm in Dallas, Texas for many years before returning to Thailand to spend a few years working in a prestige academic institute.
Her experiences span starting-up organisations to being a strategic driver and partner in almost every industry including trading and manufacturing, entertainment, banking, pharmaceutical, automotive/consumer/services, and more recently in the healthcare industry. She has worked in medium to large scale organizations, comprising various types of
affiliated companies, M&A, domestic/local as well as multi-national global entities. She has also been invited to teach, facilitate and give talks for many universities and business associations.
Her work turns Human Resources into a corporation’s most valuable asset mainly through building organisational core values and culture that lead people to their highest potential in the direction of organisational strategies and its success.
As a certified Behavioural Master Coach, Anoma also devotes her time to help people of all generations with their well being work-life balance as well as to help them realize their life purposes thus aligning them with organisation success.
Born to a Thai father and an Australian mother, Marisa spent most of her childhood and teenage years studying and living in Thailand and Australia. She is fluent in Thai and English and enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge of both cultures with her clients and audiences.
Marisa has worked as a training consultant and facilitator for over 15 years across many countries in the Asia‐Pacific and South East Asia, including Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, Indonesia, India and South Korea.
Her work has focused on individual development in corporate settings, and has included extensive experience in conducting programs such as ‘Excellence in Teams’, ‘Virtual Teams’, ‘Communications Skills’, ‘Consulting Skills’, ‘Leading Teams’, ‘Customer Focus’, ‘Negotiations Skills’, ‘Supervisory Skills’, ‘Influencing Skills’, and ‘Cross‐Cultural Management’. She has facilitated these programmes for leading global companies.
The range of corporate clients that Marisa has worked with in recent years include: Pepsi Co International, Exxon Mobil , JP Morgan, 3M, Tesco Lotus,Standard Chartered Bank, Unilever, Mars Foods, Marsh Consulting, IHG, and YUM.
As well as her extensive work as a Trainer and Facilitator, Marisa has also been asked to address key issues through speaking assignements, including: Guest Speaker, Rotary Club Bangkok, Subject: Working effectively across cultures. Guest Lecturer, Bangkok University, Subject: Effective communications and marketing strategies.
Nina completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in Bangkok. After graduating she worked as an Office Manager at a law firm. She later qualified as a registered Tour Guide through Stamford University and her passion for travel has taken her into leading tours across Thailand as well as continuing to explore both South East Asia and the rest of the world with a career at an international airline.
Nina has also been at the front end of the media process as a representative for women’s beauty products and a Liaison Officer for the internationally renowned Bangkok International Film Festival, as well as the 9 Film Festival.
Nina leads our efforts to engage and communicate with our clients and colleagues around the world. She manages our online presence through our Facebook page, our Google+ profile, and our Twitter feed, where we share interesting articles we find as well as our own writing.

Najjara graduated from Rajabat University Bangkok with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and training in ISO 9000, making her a perfect fit for our organization.
She has had a wide range of work experience having been a building supervisor, an assistant manager at a Spa, and a Customer Service Agent.
Jaae is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, dealing with our accounts, planning and scheduling meetings for our team, and engaging with potential clients.
She works closely with the Director to ensure that clients are taken care of and everything is in place for our engagements.
