Pure Growth Asia has worked with a range of global and multinational organisations delivery both customised leadership development programmes and executive coaching engagements. We work with various types of organisations including Corporates, Start-Ups, Academic Institutions and Government Agencies.
Our facilitators designed a delivered a 2 day programme for Captains of the Thai Royal Navy which enabled technical specialists to understand the key requirements of people leadership, identify their strengths and leverage these in their teams to increase engagement and drive performance.
We helped this global online travel operator based in Bangkok to design management training that could be learned and delivered by their own managers. This included facilitation facilitation of a Train The Trainer program for their managers. These managers are of various nationalities, and work in Agoda businesses globally.
As an associate of HFI, our lead facilitator has worked on development centres for this global IT consulting firm at their training centre in Chantilly, France and their global delivery hub in Mumbai, India. These senior leaders come from various cultural backgrounds including India, the USA, and Europe.
We designed and delivered a cross cultural leadership workshop with a focus effective delegation for the senior leadership team of this hydropower company from Laos. The team was largely made up of Laotian and French leaders, and we worked with them to develop mutual understanding, and agreed values and behaviours.
We co-designed and delivered a tailored workshop the Chinese leaders working in English with simultaneous translation. We are addressed core leadership skills, and strategic implementation.
Our role was to guide the two faculties to engage with their purpose and create a new vision to which all staff could align. We worked closely with faculty leadership to design a day long process that used the creative skills of the faculty members to create visual representations of the vision they wished to work on.
We engaged with the Talent and Development team at BDMS to design Talent Management processes to help them identify their high potentials and diagnose the key development areas that their talent required to become strong leaders for the future.
