We have worked with both new and experienced leaders at Credit Suisse on a variety of focus areas including Critical Communications for New Managers, Leading Millennials, and broader leadership programs focused on creating greater management capability. We have both designed and delivered customised programs, and facilitated internally created management development programs for this client.
As part of Duke CE, we have designed and delivered targeted sessions in Seoul and Jakarta focused on enabling collaborative conversations and leveraging networks across this organisation’s Asian business and its partners. This work was designed to enhance participants ability to engage with the multiple stakeholders within their organisations and outside it in order to deliver greater value.
Our MD, working with Duke CE, delivered workshop sessions focusing on building critical thinking skills, driving strategic implementation, and designing effective organisations for two layers of leadership at this global bank in several locations across Asia. These sessions were aligned to a broader program providing key leadership skills to managers of managers.
For the Thailand division of this global organisation, we designed and facilitated a simulation game that gave 35 leaders a chance to engage with the organisation is key success drivers of agility, collaboration, and entrepreneurship. The game was designed around a case study of launching a product into a new market.
Within a comprehensive leadership development program produced by Duke CE, we worked with leaders and managers at this Fortune 500 Malaysian and oil and gas company to engage with the strategy laid out by senior leaders, and translate these into deliverable action plans. This work was based on Duke CE’s Breakthrough Model of strategy execution which guide leaders clearly and effectively from vision to delivery.
As part of a regional offsite, we worked with this multinational manufacturing conglomerate to help leaders engage with their personal purpose, align it to the organisations goals and vision, and that’s improve both engagement and performance. We worked with leaders to understand authentic leadership, and how to connect with their own leadership journeys.
For Robert Bosch Automotive of Thailand, we designed and facilitated a two-day offsite to address issues of employee engagement, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. The program was delivered at a large resort allowing for both indoor and outdoor activities to engage with each of the outcomes, and this was incorporated.
